Recent Events (past year)

Aug 13-17 Vacation Bible School, average 16 children.

Aug 19 Eleven children sangs songs they learned in Vacation Bible School. Featured solo by Ray Whitney, Baritone.

Oct 22 First of four bi-weekly Comparative Religion Classes and Pot Luck.

Oct 28 Seventeen children sangs songs in costume, directed by Cheryl Dilts.

Oct 28 Summerfest disbursement by Steve and Jan Whitfield to many local charity representatives attending the worship service.

Nov 2 Choral Concert - University of Southern Maine Chamber Singers performed under the direction of Robert Russell. Close to $700 raised in free-will offering.

Nov 18 Recognition of 16 Long Standing Members who joined between April 1931 and December 1980. Plaques were given.

Nov 18 Children's Choir Thanksgiving Presentation of 5 songs by 12 children. Directed by Cheryl Dilts.

May 18 Children's Choir - 5 songs for Children's Day. Directed by Cheryl Dilts.

May 18 Reception of New Members: Val Harris, Marilee Harris, Tracy Coy, Dana Coy, Timothy Merry, Stacy Vannah, Doreen Pengelly, Holly Nelson.

Jul 4 Church float wins 1st place prize in non-profit category.

Jul 26 25th Annual Summerfest - Wiscasset Town Common 9 - 2 pm.
